Some of the classic cars on offer are sold on behalf of customers with the exclusion of any liability for claims for material and legal defects. The exclusion of liability does not apply to claims for damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of obligations by the seller or its vicarious agents, as well as to claims arising from injury to life, body or health. Unless otherwise stated, prices for our own vehicles are in accordance with Section 25 of the UstG. Sales tax cannot be shown separately. Changes, prior sales and errors are expressly reserved. The description serves the general identification of the vehicle and does not represent a warranty in the sense of sales law. The decisive factor is the description in accordance with the concluded purchase contract, as well as an essential personal inspection of the classic car on site before purchasing the vehicle. The mileage stated is an odometer reading that cannot be guaranteed due to the age of the vehicle.
